Position
Join us as an Overnight Crew Member and you’ll become part of a team that works together to provide the best customer experience all through the night. If you’ve visited one of our restaurants before, you’ve probably got some idea of what’s involved in working here. But you might not realise the variety and scope of the role. We want every McDonald’s customer to have a brilliant experience, every time they visit. That means hot food in a clean and friendly restaurant. As an Overnight Crew Member, you’ll make it happen, whether you’re preparing food, serving on the till or being out in the dining areas looking after our customers’ needs. You will consistently deliver the highest standards of quality, service and cleanliness in the restaurant. Provide friendly, fast and accurate service. Complete tasks and activities in line with training, company guidelines and management direction. Follow all workplace safety, security and food hygiene procedures. Treat all customers and colleagues with courtesy and respect, working as a supportive team member.
Responsibilities
* Prepare food to required standards.
* Serve on the till and assist in the dining areas as needed.
* Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation in the restaurant.
* Provide friendly, fast and accurate service to customers.
* Complete tasks in line with training, company guidelines and management direction.
* Follow all workplace safety, security and food hygiene procedures.
* Treat customers and colleagues with courtesy and respect and work as a supportive team member.
Skills and Qualities
* Friendly, welcoming, courteous and helpful behaviour; natural team player with good camaraderie.
* Effective communication skills, including attentive listening, face-to-face verbal communication and eye contact.
* Ability to maintain high energy levels while working efficiently and productively.
* Ability to connect with customers and make them feel valued, especially during night shifts.
Requirements
* Over the age of 18 to work between the hours of midnight and 5am.
