Job Responsibilities
1. Training System Development
* Build a comprehensive sales training system aligned with company strategy and business goals, including onboarding training, career advanced training, specialized skills training, and team improvement programs.
* Develop systematic training outlines and course plans tailored to company product lines (forex, liquidity, retail business, etc.).
* Establish standardized sales SOPs, forming replicable business processes and operation manuals.
2. Course Development & Optimization
* Independently design and develop training courses (including PPTs, case studies, communication skill development, scenario simulation).
* Cover area including but not limited to product knowledge, market trends, sales techniques, handling customer complaints, sales channel extension, compliance, and risk control.
* Collect sales feedback and market information regularly to continuously optimize course content, ensuring alignment with real business needs.
3. Training Implementation
* Organize and deliver various training activities, including online courses (Teams/live sessions), offline intensive training, and regional roadshow training.
* Use role-playing, scenario simulations, and case analysis to enhance practical sales abilities.
* Provide pre-job training for new hires to ensure rapid understanding of products and business models, shortening the growth cycle.
4. Effectiveness Evaluation & Tracking
* Establish a training evaluation system, including exams, simulated customer communication, and performance improvement tracking.
* Generate regular training analysis reports for the strategy department and sales management to support decision-making.
* Create personalized coaching plans for underperforming staff to ensure overall team capability improvement.
5. Sales Support & Enablement
* Work closely with sales teams to understand real business challenges and provide customized training solutions.
* Assist sales managers in enhancing team management capabilities, including onboarding guidance, process control, and execution supervision.
* Collaborate with marketing and branding departments to train sales teams in social media marketing, sales expansion, and client relationship management skills.
6. Talent Development & Team Building
* Identify and cultivate outstanding sales talents, establish a talent pool, and help build a sustainable sales pipeline.
* Organize team competitions and experience-sharing sessions to foster a learning-oriented culture.
* Conduct regular "sales review meetings" to summarize case studies and build a knowledge base.
Requirements
* Education: Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in marketing, finance, or economics.
* Industry Experience: Experience in finance, forex, trading platforms, or related industries preferred; prior sales training experience is a plus.
* Skills:
* Excellent communication, presentation, and motivational skills.
* Familiar with sales processes, customer psychology, and complaints handling, with proven success cases.
* Ability to independently design training systems and create content (PPT/training manuals/case libraries).
* Languages: Fluent in Mandarin and English.
* Personal Traits: Strong stress resilience, high execution capability, results-driven, passionate about team development and empowerment.

Pay: Up to £35,000.00 per year
