About the Field Service Engineer Role
As a Field Service Engineer, you'll be the face of the company onsite, travelling to client locations across the UK (and occasionally internationally) to install, commission, maintain, and repair a range of sophisticated packaging machines
You'll troubleshoot breakdowns, perform routine servicing, and provide technical training and support to clients to ensure smooth operation.
What the Field service Engineer will do
Set up and test packaging equipment at customer sites
Diagnose faults and carry out repairs and servicing
Support customers with technical advice and training
Travel regularly across the UK with some overnight stays and occasional international trips
What We Offer the Field Service Engineer
Competitive OTE up to £60,000 including overtime (1.5x weekdays & Saturdays, 2x Sundays)

Call-out rota: 1 in every 6 weeks, with a £75 retainer plus pay for hours worked during call-outs
