This is a Full-time position, with shifts typically between 8:00am and 10:00pm, Monday to Sunday.

What You’ll Be Doing
�? Watch our video: ’ll be supporting adults with learning disabilities and autism at Chantler Close, a modern three-bedroom detached house located in a peaceful residential area of Heald Green, Stockport.
This is a service where people live independently with support tailored to their needs, and you’ll be part of a team helping them build skills and confidence every day.
Daily support may include:
* Personal care routines
* Meal preparation and household tasks
* Support with appointments
* Social and leisure activities
* Encouraging independence, personal growth and community involvement

Chantler Close offers a warm, welcoming environment where people are supported to lead independent, fulfilling lives. The property includes: [ .uk]
* Three bedrooms (two en-suite, one with a dedicated bathroom)
* A living room, large dining room, kitchen and laundry room
* A sensory room
* A lawned back garden, including a raised area ideal for gardening projects
