Salary:£25,000-£30,000
Working Hours:Monday to Friday, 08:30 17:00, with a 1-hour unpaid lunch break. Flexibility may be required depending on operational needs.

The Transport Administrator will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the transport and logistics department. Responsibilities include coordinating deliveries, maintaining accurate records, processing Proof of Delivery (POD) documentation, and ensuring compliance across all transport activities.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage incoming and outgoing transport documentation, including PODs, invoices, and delivery notes.
2. Ensure timely processing, validation, and archiving of PODs.
3. Coordinate delivery schedules and updates with drivers and third-party carriers.
4. Track deliveries and maintain accurate delivery logs and records.
5. Update internal systems daily with transport status and records.
