Join our Marketing Team
You will be functioning as part of an exciting and growing team within our Marketing Department. You will be supporting the execution and delivery of key GTM's across our solutions and services portfolio, including events, video creation, content build, social media planning, and project co-ordination. Our goal is to support the overall Softcat strategy by selling more to existing customers and finding more new customers, with a strong emphasis on partner marketing initiatives.

Deliver and support Softcat's Go-To-Market strategy.
As GTM Marketing Executive, you'll be responsible for:
* Support the on-going delivery of the Softcat Go To Market programme, focusing on partner marketing initiatives to enhance collaboration and drive mutual success.
* Assist and contribute to the development, planning and execution of marketing campaign plans, including research, coordination, and execution of tasks, particularly those involving partner collaborations
* Build and maintain strong relationships with Softcat's partners, understanding their objectives and aligning them to Softcat's goals.
* Support the delivery of the Softcat brand and story across activity, ensuring that it is consistently articulated and represented to both internal and external audiences, including partners.
* Assist in coordinating with third-party agencies, internal teams, and external partners to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
* Support budget management and project planning for partner investments, maintaining the projected timelines and budgets and coordinating proof of execution post activity completion.
* Own smaller scale partner-led projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
* Collaborate with various departments and partners to ensure alignment to approved marketing plans aiming to drive mutual business growth.
We'd love you to have
* 1-2 years of experience in marketing or related fields.
* Basic understanding of customer buying journey.
* Willingness to learn and develop new skills in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders including partners.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages, especially Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
* Excellent attention to detail.
* Commitment to self-development and an interest in broadening horizons through work
* A positive and proactive team player who works calmly and efficiently under pressure
