Salary: £70,000 - 110,000 per year Requirements: Extensive hands-on experience with ControCC, specifically within Childrens Social Care finance, payments, and commissioning workflows. Strong understanding of Liquidlogic LCS/EHM and how it integrates and aligns with ControCC processes. Demonstrable experience delivering system changes following platform upgrades or service redesign. Knowledge of Childrens Social Care practice pathways, including Early Help, Child in Need, Child Protection, and Looked After Children financial processes. Experience supporting inspection readiness or working within an improvement-focused service. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, including interpreting system logic, testing configuration, and implementing solutions. Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and deliver high-quality system changes at pace. Strong communication skills, able to translate complex technical issues for non-technical stakeholders. Responsibilities: Lead the configuration, development, and optimisation of the ControCC finance and payments system in line with recent upgrades and revised workflow mapping. Work closely with Liquidlogic colleagues, operational teams, and finance to ensure that the system accurately supports Childrens Social Care practice, financial processes, and inspection expectations. Operate autonomously, picking up complex system logic and implementing improvements at pace. Lead the technical development, configuration, and enhancement of the ControCC system to ensure it aligns with updated Childrens Social Care pathways, workflows, and finance arrangements. Support system remapping work following Liquidlogic upgrades and changes linked to national Social Care Reforms and Families First. Identify, diagnose, and resolve system performance issues, data gaps, and configuration errors. Provide specialist advice to operational managers, finance teams, and performance colleagues on how ControCC data and workflows impact practice and reporting.
