This business specialise in crafting retirement communities that redefine the meaning of retirement. Their meticulously designed luxury retirement homes offer the perfect blend of elegance, convenience, and serenity. As a Salesperson you'll be at the forefront of transforming retirees' dreams into reality. On site, they have swimming pools, gyms, fitness/yoga classes etc.
The Role:
As a Sales Consultant, you'll have the opportunity to:
1. Based out of their site in North West London
2. Build Relationships: Connect with retirees and their families, understanding their unique needs and desires.
3. Showcase Luxury: Present our exclusive homes in a compelling and persuasive manner.
4. Guide the Journey: Assist clients throughout the sales process, from initial inquiries to closing the deal.
5. Grow Professionally: Benefit from ongoing training and development opportunities to excel in your career.
Experience needed for the Sales Consultant
6. No direct experience needed! Property experience is highly advantageous
7. You will be an extremely empathetic person who possesses excellent emotional intelligence.
8. Based within commutable distance of North West London - you will attend the site daily
9. It is imperative that you have worked with high net worth individuals
10. You will have excellent communication skills and patience. You will be working with the elderly, occasionally there may be some communication issues.
11. Whilst the role is heavily focused on customer service, you will naturally be sales and target driven as there will be targets
Package
On offer for the successful Sales Consultant is a basic of £60,000-£65,000 with a realistic OTE of £85,000.
