The Role Lead and oversee the delivery of infrastructure and drainage projects from inception through to completion. Manage and mentor a team of Civil Engineers and Technicians. Take responsibility for project profitability, programme management and technical quality. Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a key point of contact. Support business development activities, including networking, fee proposals and securing repeat work. Provide technical leadership across drainage, highways and development infrastructure schemes.
