We have an opportunity available for a Support Worker to join the team at Bevan Court based in Coventry, CV3 5JB. Salary £12.60 per hour. Hours 28 hours weekly. Contract 6 months fixed term, with the option to remain on Bank. What you’ll do
As a Support Worker in Extra Care you’ll be supporting adults on a person-centred basis to live independently in their own apartments. From medication assistance to accessing the community and domestic tasks, your days will be varied, and no two days will be the same. You’ll need to think on your feet and truly understand our clients’ needs with a positive, friendly approach that helps illuminate our service users’ days.

We are not overly focused on formal qualifications for this role; we value your values and how you build relationships with our service users and fellow colleagues. If you’re the type of person who finds joy in the little moments of life and can help ensure our tenants are living a full and happy life, we want to hear from you. Patience and a good sense of humour are key qualities. You will be supported with on‑the‑job training and opportunities for professional qualifications if desired and required for your role.
