Our client work within the construction industry and are a leading construction business, they are looking to add a part time Marketing Manager to their team. The Role of Marketing Manager
Our client is seeking an experienced marketing manager for a part-time role to create, develop and execute the marketing plan for the company effectively, and in line with budget.
* Refine positioning, identify target customers/partners/authorities, and develop individual marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments.
* Lead the execution of marketing programmes and events from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration.
* Maintain our clients digital channels and develop a targeted communications programme to help build customer relationships and support the sales process.
* Work closely with the sales team to improve the efficiency of the sales funnel
* Define and manage the marketing budget.
* Manage the creation and execution of day-to-day email and social media campaigns.
* Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms to identify effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives and extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies.
* Direct and develop engaging thought leadership content as part of the marketing and sales cycle.
* Identify and capitalise on appropriate PR opportunities.
* Manage attendance at exhibitions and trade shows including stand design and build.
* Create promotional material, company literature, datasheets, case studies and all digital assets
* Update and develop the company website, including managing and optimising SEO.
* Work with the pre-construction and estimating team to create templates to support the tender process.
* Manage and develop relationships with suppliers,freelancers and external agencies where necessary.
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and practices operated by the Company.
* Ensure information is communicated effectively to your Manager
Desired Skills & Qualifications
* 5 years + B2B marketing experience. Construction marketing experience would be a bonus
* Proven strategic and hands-on experience of brand and ABM marketing, with a track record of achieving revenue and brand growth
* A bachelor's degree in marketing or equivalent (desirable)
* Wordpress CMS (experienced)
* Mailchimp (or similar email platform) (experienced)
* Microsoft Office (experienced)
* Google Analytics (familiar)
* Creative marketing tools - InDesign, Canva (familiar)
* Trade show and event experience
