Conveyancing Paralegal
Full time or Part time
We are a well-established and friendly high street law firm seeking a conveyancing paralegal to join our busy property team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys seeing transactions through from instruction to completion and who values client care as much as technical accuracy.

The Role
You will work closely with the team on a varied caseload of residential property matters, providing hands-on support and managing files with confidence and care.
Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting with sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity
Opening and progressing files from instruction through to post-completion
Drafting and issuing contracts, transfers and supporting documentation
Raising and responding to enquiries
Ordering and reviewing searches
Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and other solicitors
Dealing with Land Registry applications and SDLT submissions
Maintaining accurate file records and ensuring compliance with procedures
Depending on experience, you may also manage your own caseload under supervision.
About you
We are looking for someone who is organised, approachable and detail focused, with a genuine interest in residential conveyancing.
You will ideally have
Previous experience in a conveyancing role (paralegal, legal assistant or similar)
A good understanding of the conveyancing process from start to finish
Strong communication skills and a confident, professional telephone manner
The ability to manage deadlines and prioritise a busy workload
A practical, proactive approach and willingness to learn
Formal qualifications are welcome but not essential. Relevant experience and the right attitude matter most
