Five European markets · A well-known mobile brand

A well-known European mobile brand is rebuilding its voice AI capability, and they want a product manager to lead it.

They built a voice bot in-house. Now they want someone to come in, take a clear-eyed look, and rebuild it properly from the strategy up. Work out what the right MVP actually is, then ship it.

So it’s close to a 0 to 1 role, except something already exists and you’ll need to be comfortable with that. There’s stuff in flight. There’s no neat squad around it. Your first job is to put some light structure on it and decide what’s worth building first.

What you’d be doing

• First 3 months: reassess, define a new MVP, and get it live in at least one of the five markets.
• Months 3 to 6: roll it out further, iterate, and expand the use cases.
• Final stretch: prove it. Have you contained more contacts? Saved money? Then set out what 2027 and beyond should look like.

You’ll work across AI engineers, AI architects, data science and customer service teams, in five countries. That’s the hard part, and the genuinely good part.

What we need

• Strong product fundamentals first. Roadmaps, backlogs, ticket creation, UAT. You’re happy to get your hands dirty.
• Real comfort with ambiguity. Not the kind people claim in interviews. You can walk into a half-built thing with no structure and not panic, and you won’t be dogmatic about doing it the “correct” product way.
• End-to-end product experience, ideally in smaller teams. You think in outcomes, customer and commercial impact, not just shipping output.
• Tech-savvy enough to hold your own with engineers, without trying to do their job for them.
• Genuine interest in AI. Hands-on voice or conversational AI experience puts you straight to the top of the list. If you haven’t got it, show us you actually use and follow AI, beyond asking ChatGPT to write an email.

For the right person this is a strong career move. Voice AI is everywhere now. Lead the launch of one and you’ve got something genuinely useful behind you, whatever comes next.
