Job Description We are looking for a Sales Operations specialist with experience in the management of effective sales process.
Our client is a leading operator within the holiday park industry and owns several parks around the UK.
On the back of an incredibly successful year they are investing in strengthening their support functions to improve processes.
The successful candidate will have experience supporting a full sales cycle, streamlining the sales process, ensuring the sales team operates efficiently and effectively to achieve sales goals. You will manage the sales process, from stock control to analyzing data and identifying areas for improvement, implementing strategies to enhance sales performance.
Reporting to the Operations Director, you will work closely with the Sales team, Finance and Marketing, to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the sales function.
