I am recruiting for a Registered Manager to join a small Residential Home for the Elderly in Liverpool. The home has full staffing levels and high occupancy.
Key Responsibilities of a Registered Manager:
* Overall management of the care home
* Staff appraisals, meetings, and disciplinary procedures
* Coordinate with outside healthcare professionals regarding care
* Ensure compliance with CQC standards and company policies
Requirements:
* Experience leading within a care home setting, either as a strong Deputy or Home Manager
* Experience working with the elderly
* Experience with staff appraisals, meetings, and disciplinary procedures
* Ability to liaise with outside healthcare professionals
* Commitment to maintaining a high-quality work environment
* Salary up to £40,000
* Supportive and welcoming team
* Family-run small residential home
* No agency staffing – full staff team
* Bonuses based on occupancy and CQC ratings
