Salary:
£36,069.00 to £37,509.00 per annum (based on 8 to 10 sleeps per month, with an hourly rate of £14.60). Opportunities for overtime at an enhanced rate.
Hours:
173 hours per month, shift pattern of 2 days on, 4 days off, including sleep-ins. Rota provided in advance. We operate 365 days a year due to the nature of our work.

Essential Requirements:
* Minimum 12 months experience in a children’s residential care home
* Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare
* Full UK driving licence
* Right to work in the UK without restrictions
* Knowledge of Ofsted regulations and best practices
* Values aligned with Esland’s, including a therapeutic, person-centred approach
* Age 21 or above, due to industry regulations

The Role:
Based in a 4-bedroom home offering crisis intervention and trauma-informed therapeutic care. Our young people receive comprehensive support for their educational, emotional, and recreational needs.
