Continuous Improvement & Intelligent Automation Specialist – TJX Europe (Watford HQ)
TJX Europe is seeking a highly skilled Continuous Improvement & Intelligent Automation Specialist to lead enterprise-wide transformation initiatives that drive measurable operational efficiencies and unlock business value through Lean Six Sigma and Microsoft Power Platform technologies.
Key Responsibilities
Process Improvement & Lean Six Sigma
* Lead cross-functional projects (up to 8 business areas) using DMAIC methodology to identify inefficiencies and deliver sustainable improvements.
* Scope, define, and prioritize initiatives with measurable KPIs, validated results, and robust control plans.
* Act as an internal consultant to senior stakeholders, translating Voice of the Customer into actionable solutions.
* Facilitate Yellow Belt training and mentor certification projects across TJX Europe.
Intelligent Automation
* Identify automation opportunities through process diagnostics and stakeholder engagement.
* Design, build, and deploy scalable solutions using Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, and other Microsoft technologies.
* Ensure robust knowledge transfer and sustainability of deployed solutions.
* Monitor post-implementation performance to validate impact and ROI.
Analytics & Technical Expertise
* Apply advanced analytics to uncover root causes, quantify business impact, and present findings to senior leadership.
* Develop dashboards, dataflows, and models using Power BI, DAX, Power Query, and Common Data Service (CDS).
* Collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure data integrity and solution scalability.
What You'll Bring
* 3–5 years' experience in process improvement, project management, and automation.
* Lean Six Sigma Green/Yellow Belt certification (or equivalent experience).
* Proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps); familiarity with SharePoint, Azure, CDS, connectors, and gateways.
* Strong stakeholder management, influencing, and communication skills across all levels.
* Ability to manage complex workstreams, prioritize critical path items, and deliver multimillion-pound impact.
