Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with installation partners and customers for product installations
- Plan and schedule installations using internal systems
- Ensure precise documentation completion and distribution
- Resolve queries effectively and provide solutions
- Coordinate product dispatch and update stakeholders
- Maximize installation opportunities
- Manage post-installation documentation appropriately
In this role, you'll guide each customer from planning to completion, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
