Electrical & Controls Engineer

About the Role
We are looking for a skilled Electrical & Controls Engineer to join a manufacturing client based in East London. As part of this role, you will support the design, programming, and maintenance of control and electrical systems present on‑site. This role is ideal for someone with hands‑on experience in Allen Bradley/Rockwell platforms and a solid background in electrical maintenance.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop, program, and troubleshoot Allen Bradley/Rockwell PLCs and HMIs.
* Support electrical maintenance, including PAT testing, panel wiring, and electrical installations.
* Support commissioning and integration of automated systems.
* Diagnose and resolve control system issues to minimise downtime.
* Ensure compliance with safety standards and electrical regulations.
* Proven experience with Allen Bradley/Rockwell PLC programming and related software (e.g., RSLogix, Studio 5000).
* Knowledge of electrical maintenance, including PAT testing, panel wiring, and installation work.
