The ideal candidate for this school will be passionate and hard-working, but also eager to grow and develop their skills and career. The position is 5 days a week, working on a 1:1 basis with an SEN student with challenging behaviour. The school is based in High Wycombe and supports a KS2 student with SEMH needs.
Qualifications
* Strong, determined, and driven individual.
* Passionate about working with Special Needs students.
* Experience as a SEN Teaching Assistant.
* Experience working with SEMH students.
Responsibilities
* Work 5 days a week.
* Provide 1:1 support and mentoring to an SEN student with challenging behaviour.
* Collaborate closely with the Inclusion Manager.
