We are looking for driven individuals with a passion for helping others within an educational environment. The ideal candidate will work well as part of a team and show a keen interest in working with the lead teacher to plan, prepare and deliver tailored lessons for students with a range of needs including ASD and SEMH. As a SEN Teaching Assistant your responsibilities include: - To provide a safe, supportive and nuturing learning environment. - Support children with special educational needs and diverse learning styles. - Track and monitor student progression. - Adhere to safeguarding policies and procedures. - To assistant with the planning, preparation and delivery of lessons.
