Your Role as SENCO: Lead the strategic development of the school's SEND provision. Coordinate and oversee support for pupils with special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND), ensuring that all learners receive the tailored support they need to succeed. Work collaboratively with teaching staff, support staff, parents, and external agencies to deliver high-quality outcomes for pupils with SEND.
