Job Description
I’m working with an established, Tier 1 contractor who are looking to grow their North East design team. Backed by a strong pipeline of secured work and tenders in, they are ready to expand their team. Both Design Managers and Senior Design Managers will be considered.
Based: Across North East
Salary: Circa £75,000 - £80,000 + package (DOE & role level)
What They're Looking For:
· Strong, proven experience in a design management role.
· Clear ability to support or lead projects from start to completion.
· Background with a main contractor delivering schemes across commercial, education or similar sectors.
Advantageous:
· Experience in pre-construction
· A relevant degree or professional membership (e.g. CIOB, RIBA)
