Our leading international firm client's General Banking team advises on a broad mix of financing transactions for a range of clients, both lender side and borrower side. The work is mostly international and cross-border, with the majority of clients located overseas.
The suitable candidate will be an England & Wales qualified solicitor, with a minimum of two years post qualification experience from a law firm, acting for both lenders and borrowers (in any type of finance, not only general Banking). The candidate must be familiar with drafting and negotiating loan agreements (whether bilateral or syndicated, including on LMA forms), guarantees, security agreements and other forms of credit support.
