CANDIDATE BRIEF:
As a Senior Engineer within an established Managed Services Team, you will act as a 3rd Line escalation point, delivering expert support and resolution for complex incidents and service requests across a diverse customer base.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Deliver professional and effective responses to technical issues, logging all work through the case lifecycle.
2. Handle complex technical escalations through to resolution, resolving incidents and service requests within SLA targets.
3. Proactive management of end-user environments, with a strong emphasis on Apple ecosystem technologies and enterprise device management using Jamf Pro.
4. Manage workload effectively, balancing priorities with business needs.
5. Follow and promote best practices, tools, and processes.
6. Support team goals and contribute to service improvements.
