To help us build a strong and successful team, we are looking for an ambitious and customer-driven Medior Sales Advisor who is ready to take the next step in their sales career.
The Role
As a Medior Sales Advisor, you are the link between our junior and senior sales colleagues. You will guide customers through our product range, provide tailored advice, and close sales while also supporting less experienced teammates with your knowledge and skills. This role combines customer service with commercial drive, giving you the chance to grow further in your sales career within an ambitious international company.
Key Responsibilities
* Welcome showroom visitors and offer professional, tailored advice on our glass sliding walls and garden canopies.
* Listen to customer needs and translate them into the right solutions.
* Prepare, present, and follow up on quotations, ensuring a seamless sales process.
* Achieve personal sales targets and actively contribute to the team’s overall success.
* Take on coordinating tasks within the department.
* Coach, guide, and provide feedback to our customer advisors.
* Train new employees.
* Make proposals regarding process improvements within the department.
* Ensure a high standard of customer experience in line with the Tuinmaximaal brand.
About You
* Solid sales experience (2–4 years), ideally in a retail or showroom environment.
* A proven ability to build trust and close deals.
* Customer-focused with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Commercially driven, proactive, and eager to grow.
* Team-oriented, with the willingness to mentor and support junior colleagues.
* Fluent in English.
* Flexible to work weekends and in line with showroom opening hours.
