About The Role
We are looking for a proactive Customer Service Coordinator to join our customer service team at Glenbervie. You will be the main contact for our clients, ensuring a smooth order and delivery process. Your excellent communication and attention to detail will help resolve inquiries, address issues, and coordinate with internal departments to meet customer needs. You will work closely with both internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure high customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
* Provide an effective first point of contact for UK and international customers, handling queries and complaints professionally and in line with Macphie processes and values.
* Ensure all orders are entered accurately and processed promptly, resolving any issues efficiently to minimize disruption.
* Develop effective relationships with key stakeholders across the supply chain.
* Resolve logistical and stock control issues promptly, understanding our capabilities and customer requirements.
* Perform additional duties as assigned by the Customer Service Manager.
* Ensure compliance with Health and Safety policies and legislation.
* Manage Customer Support initiatives and work with relevant stakeholders to handle Non-Conforming Stock to maximize profitability.
Requirements
* Successful experience in a customer-facing role, handling customer issues sensitively and effectively.
* Experience with exports and international customers is advantageous.
* Excellent customer service skills.
* Ability to make clear decisions, liaise effectively with departments, and deliver optimal outcomes.
* Good planning and organizational skills, with the ability to react to operational demands.
* High accuracy in checking and processing information.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong IT skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
