Sous chef required for a fresh food kitchen between York and Thirsk, this is all fresh food and a good standard of dishes. Sous Chef required £34-38k + tips, parking on site. This role has two fixed days off a week plus sunday evenings off.
The role
As a Sous Chef you will support the head chef in the running of this busy kitchen, which does around 350 covers a week. You will manage pass when head chef is off and also run section other days. This role includes all the standard sous chef duties.
Experience
We are looking for a Sous Chef level chef or a junior sous chef stepping up to work in this fresh food kitchen. You will have good knife skills, be able to work in a small team and due to the location, have your own transport
