We are seeking to appoint an outstanding and innovative Receptionist (Pupil Activities). The role is Full-Time, working 38.75 hours per week, Term-time only (inc. INSET Days) plus 4 weeks at 20 hours during the school holidays.
The School Office is open from 7.45am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday. It is a busy hub at the heart of the school and is absolutely vital to the efficient day to day functioning of the school. It undertakes a multitude of different functions, all of which must be executed in a timely, efficient, and excellent manner.
The school prides itself on our warm and caring ethos. The successful candidate for this post will be an enthusiastic, dedicated, and hardworking individual, with an excellent eye for detail, extensive communication, and good interpersonal skills.
The office is staffed by the Personal Assistant to the Head, the Pastoral Administrative Assistant, the Administrative Assistant (H&S, Finance & HR) and the Receptionist (Pupil Activities), there are four colleagues in total. We wish to appoint a Receptionist (Pupil Activities) on a full-time basis, starting in May.
