* Exceptional property management skills with a strong understanding of the industry
* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, property lettings software, and Sage

* Meticulous attention to detail and a knack for problem-solving
* Flexible and adaptable, with a willingness to work in line with team requirements
Preferred Qualifications:
* At least 2 years of experience in a senior property management role
