Health & Safety Manager -The Details
* Paying between £45,000 - £55,000 depending on experience
* Company car or car allowance

Health & Safety Manager - Responsibilities & Requirements
* Leading and developing the Health & Safety framework, policies and procedures
* Assess existing Health & Safety practices, identifying gaps and prioritising improvements
* Supporting operational teams working in high-risk environments, including confined spaces
* Working closely with branch management to embed safety systems
* Develop and manage H&S training programmes, including inductions and refresher training
* Support and manage accident reporting, investigations and corrective actions
* Lead internal audits and support external audits and accreditations
* Contribute to ISO 9001 alignment and continuous improvement initiatives
* Strong Health & Safety background within industrial, utilities, engineering, manufacturing, or similar environments
* Knowledge of ISO 9001 and structured management systems
* Act as a trusted advisor to leadership, balancing compliance with operational practicality
Personable attributes
* Must be approachable and pragmatic - Able to influence rather than enforce
* Comfortable operating in a relaxed but accountable culture
* Must be team-focused, flexible and reliable#
* Some travel will be required - must have full driving licence
* Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude are a must!
