What You’ll Be Doing Creating and managing your own pipeline – from cold to close Meeting customers face-to-face (target: 3 field days/week, 4 meetings/day) Promoting technical product solutions tailored to customer needs Hitting and exceeding sales and margin targets Working cross-functionally with internal teams to deliver outstanding service Maintaining up-to-date CRM records, forecasts, and follow-ups Staying organised and proactive with visit reports, quotations, and customer care ✅ What Our Client is Looking For Proven field sales experience with a hunter mentality Experience in drinks dispense, vending, catering, water, or similar technical/foodservice sectors Comfortable generating your own leads and booking meetings Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Self-starter with the ability to work independently and within a team Tech-savvy – confident with Microsoft Office, CRM, ERP tools Resilient, energetic, and driven to succeed Desirable (But Not Essential) Experience in technical sales Qualifications in sales or engineering Knowledge of the North UK commercial landscape What’s in It for You?
