We are currently seeking an experienced Drainage Specialist to join a new build housing development in Delamere (CW8). This is an ongoing role and a fantastic opportunity to work with a leading national contractor on an inherited legacy scheme, recognised as a flagship project within the region.
The Role
You will take responsibility for overseeing and delivering high-quality drainage works across a large residential development, ensuring all activities are completed safely, efficiently, and in line with specifications.
Key Responsibilities

Installation, maintenance, and repair of below-ground drainage systems
*
Managing foul and surface water drainage, manholes, and attenuation systems
*
Reading and interpreting drainage drawings and site plans
*
Supervising drainage activities and coordinating with site management
*
Ensuring strict adherence to health & safety standards and site procedures
*
Supporting the successful delivery of a complex legacy scheme
Requirements
*
Proven experience as a Drainage Specialist on new build housing projects
*
Strong knowledge of below-ground drainage systems
*
Valid SMSTS certificate (essential)
*
Valid First Aid at Work certificate (essential)
*
CSCS card (essential)
*
Ability to work independently and lead drainage operations
*
High standards of workmanship and safety awareness
