Job Description
3. Provide comprehensive administrative and organisational support to the Executive Director
4. Manage complex calendars, travel arrangements, and meeting logistics
5. Prepare briefing materials, reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders
6. Act as a liaison between the Executive Director and senior leadership teams
7. Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
8. Coordinate special projects and ensure timely delivery of priorities
The Successful Applicant
A successful Executive Assistant should have:
9. Previous experience in the Charity sector
10. Proven experience as an Executive Assistant at senior leadership level
11. Exceptional organisational and time-management skills
12. Strong written and verbal communication abilities
13. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and virtual collaboration tools
14. Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
15. Discretion, integrity, and a proactive approach to problem-solving
