What You’ll Be Doing
As Team Leader, you’ll be right at the heart of the action, supporting the House Manager and keeping everything running smoothly.
* Running the show across activities, food, and bar service
* Leading and supporting the team to deliver top‑tier service every time
* Jumping in to serve food & drinks — and setting the standard while you’re at it
* Keeping the energy high and the atmosphere welcoming and fun
* Training, coaching, and motivating your team to be their best
* Making sure standards are smashed and guests leave happy
* Helping develop the team alongside the Assistant Manager
* Handling challenges like a pro — including sorting out any guest issues quickly
What We’re Looking For
* At least 1 year’s experience in hospitality (or leadership in another fast‑paced environment)
* A natural people person — confident, friendly, and easy to talk to
* Someone who can read the room and deliver what customers actually want
* A team player who wants work to feel fun, not forced
* Comfortable with tech, tills, and handling payments
* Cool under pressure — you can juggle tasks without dropping the ball
* Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
