Salary: £23,000 - £24,000 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm
Location: Rural location - own transport essential

As an Administration Assistant, you will play a key role in the smooth day-to-day running of the office, acting as the first point of contact for clients and providing essential administrative support to the wider team.
Key Responsibilities
1. Answering incoming telephone calls in a professional and courteous manner
2. Taking accurate messages and directing calls appropriately
3. Meeting and greeting clients and visitors
4. Preparing and setting up meeting rooms
5. Providing day-to-day administrative and office support to the team
6. General administration including letter writing, sending correspondence, and managing incoming and outgoing post
7. Booking meetings and appointments
