As our practice continues to expand, we're in need of an additional receptionist to help manage our busy clinic. If you're someone who thrives in a fast-paced, friendly environment and loves being the first point of contact for patients, we want to hear from you
We're a young, fun and friendly team working in a modern, clean and boutique-style dental practice. Our goal is to provide excellent care in a welcoming atmosphere.
Duties:
- Greet and welcome patients as they arrive at the dental office
- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments for patients
- Verify and update patient information in the electronic system
- Collect and process payments from patients
- Assist with insurance billing and claims processing
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Coordinate with dental staff to ensure smooth patient flow
Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in using dental software and computer systems
- Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling patient records
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Full-Time + 1-2 Saturdays a month
