Warranty/Service Advisor – Leisure World Catterick
Leisure World Catterick are looking for a proactive, organised, and customer-focused Warranty/Service Advisor to join our team.
This role has a strong focus on managing and administering all warranty processes, while also providing additional Service Advisor coverage to support the wider aftersales team.
Salary:
£12.21 per hour + bonus scheme
Working Hours:
* Monday to Friday: 9:00am – 5:30pm
* 1 in 2 Saturday with a day off during the week or paid for the additional hours worked
About the Role
As Warranty/Service Advisor, you will primarily be responsible for overseeing all warranty-related administration and ensuring claims are processed accurately and efficiently. You will also provide additional Service Advisor support during busy periods, holidays, and peak seasons to maintain seamless customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Warranty Focus:
* Managing and submitting warranty claims to manufacturers
* Ensuring all supporting documentation is accurate and complete
* Monitoring claim progress and resolving queries promptly
* Liaising with manufacturers regarding approvals and payments
* Maintaining clear and organised warranty records
Service Advisor Support:
* Booking in service, repair, and warranty work
* Communicating with customers regarding updates and completion times
* Preparing job cards and invoices
* Completing QC checks on each and every caravan/motorhome
* Delivering industry-leading 5-star customer service throughout
What We're Looking For
* Excellent organisational and administrative skills
* Strong attention to detail, particularly with paperwork and compliance
* Confident communication skills (written and verbal)
* Ability to prioritise and manage workload effectively
* Previous warranty or service advisor experience preferred but not essential
