Key Responsibilities:
* Promote high standards of quality in environment, resources, and children's experiences
* Ensure children receive rich, stimulating experiences suitable for their development
* Handle administrative duties like record-keeping, equipment ordering, and personnel management
* Coordinate inspections and implement recommendations
* Maintain compliance with staff training and first aid qualifications
* Achieve and deliver occupancy targets
* Recruit, support, train, and appraise staff to ensure high-quality childcare
* Develop professional relationships with parents and carers
