To be responsible for a composites repairs, ensuring repairs are completed in line with QCD requirements. Liaise with the MRB & engineering teams to determine and validate possible repair schemes. Working closely with the Operations, Scheduling & Quality teams in prioritising work accordingly, whilst ensuring all procedures and processes are adhered to. Taking care of yourself, your colleagues, the company and the community to build a sustainable business for the long term. Carrying out responsibilities of an employee as outlined in the Company's Health and Safety Policy. Working rigorously to SAFRAN group procedures. Ensuring high standards of quality are maintained throughout repair/rework process. Maintaining a clean, organised and safe working environment and to support HSE & 6S initiatives. Taking a proactive approach in ensuring all work performed is per work instruction and meets process and/or engineering definition. Promoting and contributing to initiatives aimed at improving products and manufacturing processes. Direct involvement in routine governance, including QRQC, QRAP & Control Room meetings, along with any Quality reviews (8D for example).
