The Marketing and Communications Executive is responsible for supporting content and audience-focused initiatives across our regions and divisions to enhance messaging and increase brand awareness within the UK and offshore.

The specific duties and responsibilities will include
* Contributing to the communications strategy and planning, implementing regional and divisional initiatives.
* Collaborating with internal teams to generate, write, and proof content for collateral, the company website, and social media, including deal stories and case studies.
* Repurposing content to support brand-building activities across multiple channels.
* Producing reports to measure activity across platforms and assess strategic objectives.
* Building relationships and coordinating meetings with internal stakeholders to develop the content calendar.
* Supporting external communications at national and regional levels, working with platforms to share content and enhance our presence.
* Assisting with press office activities, liaising with external consultants as needed.
* Researching and delivering content-driven commercial opportunities with media partners, developing PR/media relationships.
* Ensuring content aligns with brand guidelines, house style, and regulatory standards.
* Briefing the Digital and Design Marketing Executive to produce assets and messaging, and creating assets using Canva, Adobe, and other platforms as required.
* Handling internal marketing requests in collaboration with the wider team.
* Managing digital and print projects with external suppliers.
* Arranging photo and video shoots.
* Conducting research to identify new marketing opportunities and trends.
* Managing budgets and administrative tasks.
* Performing ad hoc duties as required.
* Travel across the UK to various office locations for meetings and team collaboration will be necessary.
Skills Required
* At least 1 year of proven experience in a content and marketing role within professional services or similar environments.
* Proven ability to write audience-focused content.
* Experience working with multiple stakeholders.
* Experience engaging with external press and media.
* Excellent project management and organizational skills, capable of managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills across all levels of the organization.
* Self-motivated, flexible, and solutions-oriented.
* Ability to develop engaging and informative content for diverse audiences.
* Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with attention to detail.
* Analytical skills to interpret data and inform decision-making.
