* Full-time hours available, typical shifts of 9am-5pm Monday to Thursday
* Fridays off!

* 3-surgery specialist Orthodontic practice,caring for both NHS and private patients
* Supportive and collaborative operations managerand business partners,assistingwith overall practice growth and management
* Free parking on site
About you
We’dlove to receive your application to our Practice Manager vacancy if you have the followingskills and experience:
* Ahealthcare, retail, hospitality, or similarservice-focused background-experience managing a dental practiceorstrong leadership experience as aleaddentalnurseisan added bonus,but not essential
* Leading and supporting colleagues to perform at their best
* Confident working with financials(P&L, KPIs, budgets)
* Focused ondelivering operational excellence: fromfully-functioningequipment and facilities, toa compliant, process-driven practice team
