What You Will Do:
* Lead comprehensive pre‑birth assessments and develop tailored care plans.
* Produce high‑quality court reports and documentation for panels and proceedings.
* Drive multi‑agency collaboration to ensure wrap‑around support for families.
* Support and implement plans for permanence, including adoption when appropriate.
* Provide mentorship and guidance to less experienced staff and promote best practices.
* Engage in ongoing CPD and contribute to a learning culture across the team.
