School Senior Site Technician 37 hours per week whole year Monday – Friday Hours to be discussed at interview Christ Church CE (c) Primary School is looking to appoint a friendly, flexible Site Technician to be part of the vibrant school team. The successful applicant will; - Act as a key holder and be responsible for the school site - Complete health and safety checks to meet current legislation - Carry out routine maintenance and repair work on the building and grounds - Ensure heating and lighting systems and sensors are operational - Maintain the upkeep of the site e.g., clearing litter, grids, gutters etc. - Ensure the safety of the site e.g., gritting during the winter months - Maintain and support the Christian ethos of the school - Work closely to support the schools vision Within this role you will be required to be flexible to suit the needs of the school; - Have a flexible approach and a 'can do' attitude - Possess the ability to use your own initiative - Be a team player - There will be a requirement for some work to be undertaken during the school holidays Closing date : Monday 7 th July 2025 Interview date : Thursday 10 th July 2025 This school is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people/vulnerable adults and expect all staff and volunteers to share this commitment.
