We're working with a well-established corporate client in North Sheffield to recruit a dynamic Executive Assistant.
Description
What you'll be doing:
Providing high-level EA support to three senior leaders
Managing diaries, meetings, travel, and communications
Handling finance-related admin including purchase ledger, invoice processing, and credit control
Processing around 50 sales ledger invoices per month
Acting as a trusted point of contact across the leadership team
Profile
What we're looking for:
Proven EA experience, ideally supporting C-suite executives
Comfortable with basic finance tasks and systems
Highly organised, discreet, and proactive
Able to thrive in a corporate, structured setting
A natural multitasker who enjoys variety-no two days are the same
Job Offer
