1. Business Development Executive position, selling the design, manufacture and supply of underfloor heating systems
2. Selling to national housebuilders, main-contractors, sub-contractors & architects
3. The focus of this role will be to generate & qualify new sales enquiries into the relevant teams sales pipeline through outbound activities
4. Typical project values vary from between £100,000 and £200,000
5. Identify sales opportunities via available resources such as: the existing database, lead databases, site visits, social medias, networking, tender processes
