Red Bull Advanced Technologies are looking for a Parts & Logistics Coordinator to join us on a 12 Month FTC to ensure effective distribution.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Accurately process goods-in from suppliers and internal teams, ensuring system integrity and prompt resolution of discrepancies.
2. Prepare and pack items for external shipments, including commercial invoices for overseas deliveries.
3. Ensure all shipments are despatched on time, securely packaged, and fully compliant with documentation requirements.
4. Maintain organised storage areas and support inventory accuracy.
5. Lead packaging initiatives, including bespoke solutions and sustainability efforts.
6. Support continuous improvement in systems, processes, and performance metrics.
7. Operate equipment safely and contribute to a compliant, efficient working environment.
What You’ll Bring:
8. Experience with ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Office.
9. Attention to detail, especially in documentation for international shipping.
10. A flexible, professional approach with a commitment to confidentiality.
11. Willingness to work occasional unsociable hours and support team goals.
