Previous experience as a Sales Assistant, Retail Assistant, or in a Customer Care environment is preferred. We offer full training and support to help you succeed, but a positive attitude and the right behaviours are essential. This is a part-time Customer Advisor position at our Shepton Mallet store, working 12 hours per week on a temporary contract.
Flexibility is important, as the role includes a mix of weekend and weekday shifts.
Pay, Hours & Benefits
* £11.70 per hour for 21+ (18-20 £9.60, 16-17 £7.85)
* Pay increase to £12.05 per hour after completing retail induction stages

Responsibilities
* Deliver exceptional customer service
* Advise customers on shoe care and accessories to meet their needs and achieve KPIs
* Maintain store standards, product displays, and stockroom organization
