Location Commutable from Reading, Berkshire
Salary - £48,000 basic + Great package
Skills required for the role of a Senior Engineer -
Leading a small team of shift engineers
Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance on production equipment
Developing the team
Strong relationship building qualities
Guide and develop the team to continuously improve machine effectiveness
Ensuring H&S procedures are followed
Good mechanical and electrical knowledge
