The dermatology team is looking for an nurse who has an interest in dermatology and would like to develop their knowledge in this area. The service offers a variety of treatments for dermatological conditions and there will be the opportunity to learn and develop the necessary skills to support and treat patients. Training will be supported were needed.

Person Specification
Education and qualifications
* o1st level NMC Registered Nurse
* oEducated to a degree level or working towards ENB 988 or equivalent
* oExperience in general dermatology or direct access pathways
Experience and knowledge
* oAt least 3 years post registration experience
* oInitiation & evaluation of research-based practice
* oKnowledge of change management process
* oAbility to develop nursing excellence and clinical practice
* oExperience in information technology, audit and setting clinical standards.
* oManagerial responsibility
Skills and abilities
* oUnderstanding the issues affecting Dermatology and/or biologic treatment
* oEvidence of professional development & its relevant application
